Welcome to Therapy Matters NY SLP PC
Therapy Matters NY SLP PC is a speech therapy private practice that specializes in lactation and bottle-feeding support, diagnosis and therapeutic management of feeding and swallowing, oral-motor and myofunctional disorders in the pediatric population. We offer comprehensive evaluation and treatment services to children from birth to 18 years of age with various deficits in their swallowing and feeding functions as well as delays in their speech and language development.
Our unique and results-oriented approach is rooted in the holistic "whole child" philosophy, integrating sensory, behavioral and motor techniques to intervention and following the latest guidelines of evidence-based practice. Our team consists of licensed speech-language pathologists who received professional clinical training and specialize in different areas of speech and language pathology.
Our office is located in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn, easily accessible by car or public transportation (subway, bus) and we also are happy to offer our entire suite of services via teletherapy or remote delivery of services that is just as effective and enjoyable from the comfort of your own home.
We work with many commercial health insurance plans as an OUT-OF-NETWORK provider to offer as an option to help cover eligible treatment services.
